Alterations
Tenants must receive Landlord written approval before making any additions, improvements and replacements to the premises; however, any interior, non-structural improvements that do not affect the building systems and which cost less than $10,000 will not require written approval. Prior to commencement, the Tenant will be required to furnish Legacy Central Management with drawings, plans and specifications outlining the proposed improvements. Transwestern will review the plans and submit any changes and or approval to the tenant. Local building codes require each plan to be submitted to the City for approval and permitting.
